Hi, just want to say thank you all so much. Have now ordered the book, should be here Tues - am counting the days as just DESPERATE to do something that will help get me better. Am at point now where pretty much totally incapable, is hellish, wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

Hi Moody - TOTALLY know what you mean re people behaving as if you were a complete lunatic (yes, including the friends bit....it's awful as the degree of isloation that drives is just huge - and RIGHT where what you need is the very opposite). Grateful for your post (as I am for everyones) but do have a Q for you: What is 'NICO' surgery? Oh, and I would really appreciate your mail if poss as it looks like you are in London? Ergo not too far from me, so yes please that would be fab.
