@Sean. Since the earlier posts (some of them as old as a decade), a lot new information came out. Nothing good about cilantro and chlorella. But back then we didn't know any better.

While detoxing with herbs still sounds appealing, the problem is that we still don't know what makes those herbs stir up mercury, whether it also chelates other toxic metals (arsenic/lead present in amalgam fillings; cadmium from cigarette smoke) and how to control the amount you are taking of this unknown substance. Since this mystical chemical compound is not known by name (let alone by its composition) there is no way to standardize intake. So while they do seem to chelate, you are playing roulette. The herbs can kill you through the redistribution effects of toxic metals, which you cannot really control for reasons mentioned above.

This is a very important reason why the Cutler protocol is the safest way to chelate. It gives you control. On top of that, no herb can beat lipoic acid. R-Lipoic acid is the stuff your own body makes in order to chelate (just not in big enough amounts because we are so full of those poisons, that's why you need to take it in a pill and mimic continuous production by taking it every 3hrs around the clock). It is the nature's perfect chelator.

I decided not to play roulette with my life and I went with the Cutler protocol. This decision has saved my life.

The Cutler protocol is the safest one, and by minimizing destruction it is also the fastest. With the other protocols, you generally spend most of the time being horribly sick. With Cutler, you just get well, round after round.
