I am Using some Chlorella again after a few years Russ, started slowly to move up, so far no bad signs from it, hope that continues! I used to be able to take 9 grams or so a day in 05 with no problems at all! Then I went off it for two years and could not take as much! Now I am starting again, today at 1 gram after a few days and no bad side effects! Get a clean Chlorella and it's gold IMO!

I am using Kyoto right now, 83% digestibality and it's going well so far, hope all is well.
