In the past I had confused this with some mushrooms, and didn't want to try it. I noticed some articles recently about Astragalus boosting the immune system and helping to fight candida. I decided to start taking it just a few days ago. So far it seems to be giving me mild headaches, like those I get when chelating. Let's see if I can keep taking it, or if it will be like cat's claw and I will need to stop taking it due to side effects that are too strong.
