dear t goss just been reading your post on fears you sound exactly the same as me. 2 years ago when i became violently ill overnight at first i thought i had meningitis the pains in my head and neck were so bad i could hardly breathe was delerious, vomited all night and kept passing out the physical symptoms have improved abit but whatever happened that night affectd my brain and nervous sytem very badly i have had many similar symptoms to you and feel like ive lived in hell
