I live in a city with very heavy air pollution, even on a visible level. I'm not about to flee to some cleaner land in effort to avoid the damages of pollution, so I wonder what one can do to tackle its effects on an individual level. I'm not going to change the environment (in my life time) which means I must face with the intake of air pollutants. So how can I overcome any potential long term damage? Or can't I?
What's a good way of continually ridding pollutants from the body? I constantly drink green tea (and not that fake processed crap you can buy at some local store, but raw green tea leaves). What else can I do? Any suggestions?
