The luck goddess sure has taken pains to make everything appear to be created!

I was just reading about Hawkins' latest over at William Lane Craig's forum. The scoffers are all trying to say WLC must accept his illogical philosophical conclusions because WLC has accepted one or two of Hawkin's claims in the past. What a principle!

Think about it. If Adolf Hitler anywhere claimed something like, say "a hammer has the capacity to drive nails", and you agree on this point, you are obliged to agree with Hitler on everything he ever said.

That's scoffer logic.

In real logic, arguments consist of premises which lead to inescapable conclusions. Only if ALL premises are accepted as true is one obliged to accept a given conclusion, and there is no "credit" or "holdover effect" accrued to any individual from one argument to the next.

Sad to see Hawkins (or anyone else) sell out to the deceptive evogoddess of luck.
