August: Major Overhaul

As some of you may have already noticed, we are currently making some major improvements to the forum.

The first goal is to remove the massive number of "sticky" posts from each forum to make each forum cleaner and easier to use. These sticky posts will be moved to a compact, scrollable area at the top of the forum that is easier to use and more out-of-the-way.

We also plan to condense the "Secret News" items to the very top of the forum in a similar scrollable format so each forum will be clean, compact, and easy to navigate.

We hope you like the changes, and as always, comments are welcome.
