well its been a while since I've posted here but I have made a lot of progress towards becoming healthy. I'm currently seeing a naturopath who seems to be really good, and has helped me a lot with her homeopathic remedies and other nutritional supplements. She's actually put me on homeopathic remedies for mercury which, while I think are working, are only very mild and work very gradually. The homeopathic solution also has ingredients that adress most of my other health problems. Other than that I'm taking many herbalife products, of which she distributes and recommends, and also of which I have found very effective. These include a multivitamin, vitamin b6 formula, a fibre supplement with beneficial bacteria in it which seems to be very good as it contains apple pectin which is meant to be good for mercury, a vitamin c powder which is pretty good, a meal replacement formula which has been exellent in helping me regain my health (called formula 1) and a protein powder. I also am taking some vitamin E and magnesium on and off. I did take the algin which is recommended here and found it to be awesome in reducing symptoms, but I ran out and it may be a while until I'm able to order more. I also tried to take selenium but it increased my mental symptoms by a huge amount which was very scarey so I stopped.

While this is all helping I still find that I am up and down like a yoyo, particually in regards to my mental symptoms. I still find that, particulary when I'm at work, one minute I'll feel ok, the next I be hugely stressed about something and become completely anxious, as well as develop other weird symptoms like become paranoid, depressed, and have a foggy mind in general. Its really annoying and while usually it comes on by itself, I think that its brought on right after I eat something, take supplements or even drink water. It seems that whatever I do I can't make it go away. If I remember correctly I think algin did help somewhat, but I may hav to wait a while until I can order some again. Anyone have any suggestions what I can do or take?

Also one last thing, its really starting to get to me that I only ever had one fairly small mercury filling which fell out by it self when my other teeth come through about 7 years ago, and yet I am still suffering immensely with mercury symptoms, perhaps I am just really sensitive to mercury who knows..
