I bought one yesterday and used it. It is interesting. I used it with an included saline packet. I think I am breathing better today. I am now wondering which herbs might be safe and effective to use with it. I guess for use with herbs, I should make tea from them, and put the tea in the neti pot, and make sure there are no particles in it, as particles may be problematic. Anyone here try chamomile tea or peppermint tea in a neti pot? I guess salt should be added to those.
