Obama's Exploitation of Racism Destroys America
The "rampant exploitation of the history of black Americans" by the Obama administration is a shameful abuse of race relations as an instrument of political war to enslave all Americans.

I hope and pray what I say in this message will not shock you. But it is the truth, and it must be said. In every important respect Obama's election was a victory for racism, and every day in America we are seeing its terrible fruits. Let me explain. . .
First, there was the racist claim that his skin color made Obama's election somehow wonderful and significant for black Americans -- with whom he otherwise shares no common moral or historical heritage.
Second, Obama's fanatical promotion of the parent's "legal" right under the notorious ruling of Roe v. Wade to murder an unborn child made it a victory in principle for all abortion's corollary notions of racism that alleged "inferiority" leaves people with no rights -- at least none that must be respected by their supposed "betters" who hold power over them.
Third, the U.S. Constitution has been openly set aside on account of fears that racial violence would result from investigating the facts regarding Obama's citizenship at birth -- lest those facts support the conclusion that he is constitutionally ineligible to serve as President of these United States!
Fourth, the Democrat Party, mainstream media, and leftist organizations and institutions that today wield vast power over our nation are colluding to defame and discredit all who oppose their policies with false denunciations of racism and bigotry!

I denounce what they have said and I will continue to defend the Constitution, the Tea Parties, and American unity. The Tea Party movement seeks to protect the Constitutional rights of all Americans regardless of race, and to elect true conservatives to serve in Congress.

At a recent press event sponsored by my friends at the Tea Party Express, I spoke about race and charges of racism being falsely hurled at the Tea Parties by the Obama administration, the Congressional Black Caucus and the NAACP.
The moral capital stored up by folks who fought in the name of justice to end slavery, to end the Jim Crow system of segregation, to restore a real understanding of civil rights and respect the equality of black Americans is now being wielded by the NAACP and their ilk in the most cynical and obscene way imaginable. It is a destructive instrument of political war recklessly deployed by those who pretend that there is an ideological definition of what it means to be a black American.
The elements are racist in their assumptions and they should abandon their shameful course, if we are to preserve our ordered liberty.

Evidence of Obama's racist mentality ...
Of course, Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid are using every corrupt organization and pathetic trick in the book to try to deceive the nation into thinking patriotic conservatives and Tea Party participants are all about white bigotry and rage, and this wicked strategy is sowing the seeds of racial strife and community polarization like we have not seen for decades!
But Americans are smart, and seeing through the overplaying of the Democrat "race card." Obama's racism however is further evidenced in his Supreme Court appointments. That is why Declaration Alliance has mounted such furious resistance to them, and will continue to pursue questions of their fitness to sit on the Supreme Court -- even while the opposition mounted against them by our sitting U. S. Senate "conservatives" was pitiful, and clearly shows why we MUST elect new leaders!

Kagan and Sotomayor are both extreme liberal judicial activists intent on pushing a radical left-wing agenda by legislating anti-Constitutional special preferences from the bench. Both unashamedly advocate "lawful" inequality -- Kagan ferociously against the innocent unborn, and in promotion of homosexuality, Sotomayor for special Hispanic interests. Yet under the Constitution, their role as a Justice is neither to legislate nor advocate -- but simply to follow the law!
Kagan's calculated, fraudulent tampering with a report held out to the Supreme Court has "expert, medical evidence" has resulted in 36,500 fully-matured infants inches from birth, brutally and barbarously killed as they were emerging into the world: 10 babies a day, 365 days a year, for 10 years -- wholesale carnage on the scale of a medium-sized American city.
Sotomayor, meanwhile, reportedly for years was a member of La Raza ("The Race,") which seditiously advocates removal of the Southwest from the U.S. as a majority-Hispanic separatist nation. She admits on the record her "Latina heritage" affects her ability to judge impartially. The current GOP "leadership" of the Senate refused to mount an effective challenge against EITHER appointment!
Unity is always on their lips, but the Obama faction instead means to create a racialist, fractured and Balkanized reflection of all our differences, until we forget how to see, think and act as Americans, regardless of those differences.
You see, there was a time when BOTH major political parties understood that those who served in the Oval Office and on the Supreme Court would serve all Americans -- not as a lackey of this or that race, or powerful faction, or special interest -- but as a representative honor and oath bound to We the People! Now it seems NEITHER party understands this obligation.
Unless we mean to overturn the whole idea of Constitutional government, the actions of the President and the decisions of the justices of the Supreme Court must be based solely on the Constitution and the laws, including the natural law foundation enshrined in our Declaration of Independence which our Founders deemed the "organic law" of our Republic. Special interest activism and advocacy utterly disqualifies them from service.
We as a people must not passively "accept" executive edicts or court judgments based on conditions of power, physical condition, gender or ethnicity. If we do, what becomes of the promise of liberty and justice for all, of equal rights and the equal protection of the law? WE MUST ELECT NEW LEADERS!
Obama seeks the dissolution as a Republic of the United States itself, so a strong sense of nationalism no longer poses an obstacle to his plans for a new, global regime that sets aside our "provincial" concerns with decency, human rights and ordered liberty.
These are not issues, nor times we can take lightly. They are absolutely vital and essential to the future of our Republic. You and I are compelled to deal with them or lose our freedoms, utterly.
Frankly, when I ran against Barack Obama for U.S. Senate I was ridiculed by the left and pilloried by the RINOs for calling Obama a Marxist -- based on his positions, and the company he kept. Yet now it is proven he is taking our nation rapidly down that road, with ObamaCare, ruinous financial "reform" and profligate spending into the trillions, and government ownership of majority shares in our major industries.
I am asking you to help me raise a clarion call to stand our ground and save our Republic.
