The safety protocol will be double suction, rubber dam and oxygen mask. I'm not in the best of health atm, physically and mentally, kind of ride a roller coaster, somedays feel quite good and others not so. This has a lot to do with the fact I have an intenstinal parasite. I lost around 17kg rapidly 18 months ago and so far have gained nearly 1/2 back. My concern is maybe it's not a good idea to go through with it at this stage as I might not be able to cope with the extra burden, so maybe I should wait out untill I am better. I only have 2 fillings, the dentist did tell me some patients get suicidal in the first 3 days post removal. Is there an estimate to how much mercury exposure would be reduced with the above safety protocol? 80%? 90%? I have 2 fillings and they will be removed at the same session. He also recommended I take high doses of selenium for 3 weeks prior and i havent done that yet...

Don't worry so much about having 2 fillings replaced. I had 25 mercury fillings replaced! What are you doing about the the parasite infection? How are you treating that? Make sure to treat it for long enough, otherwise you won't get rid of the infection. In addition to the prescription drugs or wormwood/green black walnut/cloves, you can eat raw garlic(one section after each meal), and take cat's claw and olive leaf extract.

The parasite I have is blastocystis hominis, apparently an extremely hard one to get rid of. I was prescribed flagyl but haven't taken it and have read it is pretty much useless against it. There's a 3 drug combo that has an 80% success rate but that would be an absolute last resort.
What I have consistantly done for the last few months is regularly take thyme, dill, and whole cloves... occasionaly tumeric as well. I was taking raw purple(strong stuff) garlic on an empty stomache sporadically. I was concerned this was effecting my gut flora so I stopped doing it, same goes with probiotics. I was taking yakult and thought it was helping but I've read this parasite can feed off them. You know how it goes... you feel symptoms after taking something and you're not sure if it's Herxheimer reaction/die off OR that you're body isnt reacting well to it(e.g upsetting the gut flora)...
I do have a bottle of black walnut capsules but It seems to be an iffy supplement, some say it is toxic to your body...

Black walnut is low in toxicity. Wormwood is much more toxic than black walnut. Thyme and cloves are also toxic though in larger quantities. That is especially true for clove oil. I think quite often there is more than one parasite causing the problem, as when one is weakened and has a parasite infection, it is hard to fight off other parasites. I viewed some websites. They recommend Coptis Chinensis, Oregano Leaf, Biacal Skullcap, Black Walnut, Quing Hao, Pomegranate, Garlic, Cloves, wormwood, gentian, echinacea. I guess you should try oregano oil, black walnut green hull extract, pomegranate, garlic, and cloves. Perhaps you could try wormwood as well but be careful about the dosage, and don't take it for a long time. I am not sure about the others though. You can research them. I think you should also try cat's claw herb, and olive leaf. I think msm, 20,000 IU a day vitamin A, 3 grams or more vitamin c, 20 mg zinc might help. You could also take ginger, black peper, turmeric, peppermint, cinnamon, and other spices. http://www.innvista.com/health/microbes/parasite/treatpar.htm

Some websites claim that blastocystis hominis infection is the result of an improperly functioning digestive system, so herbs like ginger, cayenne, cats claw, cloves, black pepper, garlic and turmeric might be a great help.
