Know this is an old post but I think I'm where you were back then- struggling with the aluminum oxide debate- Huggins verses Clifford... Galvanization possibilities with metals.
Although my blood serum tested highly reactive ( I question the validity of this test, btw), my doctor recommends empress crowns.

Please update me on what you did and why and how things are going. I would appreciate hearing from you. It may help my decision process.
