This is what Cutler says on homeopathy. All in all, he says not to use it for mercury detox, since the body have no natural ability to get rid of mercury properly, and will just shuffle it around. Homeopathy is build on the principle of activating the bodys natural ability to heal, and since the body dont have an natural ability to heal a mercury toxicity... well.
He DOES however reccomend it for so called drainage, I think he means suportive drainage of the liver/kidneys? since they will go though a hard time, once you start detoxing. Appearently people have had good results with that.
(About using homeopathy for merc detox)

http://onibasu.com/archives/am/2429.htmlI used to go to an homeopath myself, once every 5 week for half a year, but had to stop, as I got rather broke after having an acute rootchannel done...
Anyhow. I received treatment for my morbus crohn, and while it got mildly worse for the first 5 weeks, the second round seemed to help, and the theird one even more. I went from having a bmi of 17 (of the start of my treatment) to 19.5, at the end of it. Mostly due to the reason that I could actually eat food again, without getting insane fits of stomach pain.
So it got me from a point where I was very close at ending up in the hospital, to just being someone who has to be a little mindfull of ones eating habits

The homeopath I was beeing treated by, gave me some sort of combi-treatment aka. a had to take a certain remedy on mondays, another one on tuesdays, ect. So Im not sure if buying a homeopathic bottle from the webshops will grant you the same relief.
Its properly a good thing to try out for afflictions related to mercury poisoning, though I think Im going to trust Cutler on not taking it for the detox itself.
