there's a holistic/ biological dentist 5 hours from me and near my folks' house so i'm thinking of seeing him. but i'm not sure about him...a lot of biological dentists i'm finding are more into cosmetic superficial stuff it seems than they are against toxicity...as though they're just following trends.

my local conventional dentist is offering me a good deal on a gold crown, however i don't trust he'll remove my amalgams safely. so i want to find someone who can before i put a different metal in my mouth.

what should i ask this guy about his amalgam removal procedures so i can be assured it's safe?

and also, what should i ask my local dentist specifically about the purity of the gold he will be using?
