Heard alot of good things here about saunas, however since I dont have the money (or the room) for getting one myself, I was wondering how well exercise could replace it? Anyone has Knowledge/Experience with this?

The idea of the sauna, (and even better a steam room) is to get yourself to sweat profusely. Toxic metals in addition to necessary minerals are released in the sweat. Many here don't have the energy to exercise much. Make sure that you take in plenty of water, sodium, potassium, and magnesium if you plan to do some heavy duty sweating.
You don't have a local YMCA or other gym you could join?
I am very heat intolerant and would be in severe discomfort in a steam room or sauna. If you are in a hot and humid climate, just exercising outside in the middle of the day should get you to sweat plenty.
The problem with sweating aside from the heat intolerance that many of us have is that plenty of necessary minerals are lost in sweat, so if you plan to do plenty of sweating you will need to increase all your mineral supplements.

Hello JK98, and thanks for the advices Going to the gym, Im afraid isent an option as I cant leave my home on my own for more than a few minutes without getting anxiety spells. I did order an aerobic dvd 3 months ago, mainly to help with my breathing difficulty and fatigue, Havent really tried it more than once so far... But if it has the potential of working the same as a sauna, Im hoping to be able to do atleast 30 min every second day, figuring its better that nothing. My level of energy is very messed up. While I spend most of the day feeling hit over by a truck, I also gets theese "shots" of difuse energy all the suddely useally lasting 15-20 minutes in which I will just walk/run all over the place :-/ After and while I will feel completely worn out. Been having the same reaction to the adrenaline anaestetic from the dentist(though I have to lie still then, off course), so its properly something related (not sure whats its called in english) the gland?. I live in a relativly cold country, so maybe excercise just wont do the trick. Be trying it out tomorrow, for experience if nothing else.

Have you done a parasite cleanse recently? Many here have had parasites. Apparantly mercury and candida overgrowth make people run down and very succeptible to parasites. I advise everyone new here to start with a one month parasite cleanse that uses at least 3 herbs- wormwood, black walnut green hull extract, and cloves. I do a cleanse at least once a year. You could search the forum for more information about these. The site humaworm.com has excellent information about parasites. They also sell a parasite cleanse with many herbs. You can use a more basic cleanse though, as long as it has all of the 3 fundamental herbs.

Did fetch the wormwood and green/black walnut a few days ago, should have plenty of cloves in the spice holder, hopefully. Id properly begin the treatment in the time between having my last filling removed and starting ALA, Im very lucky to have stumbled opun this site, and once again thanks for the link/advising, will look into it.

Heard alot of good things here about saunas, however since I dont have the money (or the room) for getting one myself, I was wondering how well exercise could replace it? Anyone has Knowledge/Experience with this? I can tell you from personal experience and from somebody with completely screwed up detox pathways, that exercise has been one of the things that has been VERY powerful towards detoxing or at least aiding detox for me. Not just with sweating, but increased oxygen, helping to mobilise stored toxins, getting the circulation moving, the lymph moving, the muscles working etc etc. I would say absolutely this is essential. I have not used a sauna ever, but this has been very effective. The best of any exercise I have tried has been my trusty ole treadmill. This really started to increase my detox power. Especially good if you, like me, have anxiety problems with leaving the house, or you just feel like garbage and want to stay indoors. I got a good quality one, paid it off, and made sure it has inclines, so that I can walk "uphill", or at least a slight incline to increase/intensify the activity and of course, the detoxing that goes with it. Been probably one of the best purchases I have ever made and it's still with me after about 8-9 years. I find I usually require a day break between exercising and this also allows my body to catch up to the toxins loosened by the day before. Sometimes I may even have two days break if required. I usually only do about 30 minutes of walking on a slight incline. Then I do a few strengthening exercises for my arms and legs. Just push ups and stand ups basically. I found when I started exercising that toxins started to come through the eyes. A strange kind of feeling of "dampness", not unpleasant strangely enough - hard to explain. and other symptoms, including an increase in appetite also. Like things are beginning to flow more. Now if this can work for me who has severe problems with detoxing, then it should be helpful to others also. I cannot even respond to chelation properly, so this for me is something I really rely upon to keep things in a moving state. perhaps other things happen too. It feels like the toxins are being turned into a form that my body can better excrete (if that makes sense). I can't really explain the sensation. You can also have baths and make them hot (not hot enough to where you feel woozy though). And add epsom salts to it, or a combo of baking soda and sea salt (1 cup or more of each). This encourages sweating and helps with toxin release apparently and I think it worked for me pretty well at one stage. I think I need to do this again. Apparently garlic can help make toxins water soluable, so they are more easily excreted, so I've heard, but this would depend upon your reactions to sulfur as to whether you can tolerate garlic. I'd recommend the raw food, rather than supplements, as I've been injured by it in supplement form. If however you find it's causing too many problems in mercury symptoms, then you do not need to continue with it. It is indeed a strong mobiliser of toxins. And of course, getting enough iodine (which mercury blocks the action of). I found increased iodine intake was crucial! I had traded my iodised table salt for natural rock salt (thinking I was doing the right thing), but I had not realised the damage I was doing by the lack of iodine in that particular natural salt, until I got so ill I could barely move. Testing was done and showed my iodine level was very very low. as soon as I took iodine, I improved with a day or two and noticed an increase in detoxing also, as well as some energy. So much so, I had to take breaks from it or lessen the dose until my body adjusted more because of the detox symptoms. And of course the importance of diet goes without saying. Without that, the body may not be able to respond to much else (at least mine doesn't). I got so ill without a good diet in place, that it didn't really matter what I took, my body was too ill to even respond or utilise it. And antioxidants are also very helpful and by increasing your body's ability to detox too.

Make sure the cloves are very fresh, otherwise they might not have any medicinal value. If your cloves are not very fresh, then get some frsh ones. Be careful with the dosage of the wormwood, as it can be toxic if too large a dose is taken or if it is taken too long. After using it for a month, wait at least 4 months before using it again. You could also add raw garlic to make the cleans even more potent. Take the herbs just before you start eating each meal(except the garlic). Imo it is best to eat the raw garlic right after the meal though, as it can be irritating when eaten on an empty stomach. Eat just one clove(section) of the raw garlic at each meal and chew it well.

Which supplements are you taking? Getting enough magnesium is so important. So is getting enough zinc, iron, copper, selenium, iodine, and chromium. is your diet good? Have you checked to see if you are hypothyroid? Aside from blood tests, you could check your temperature when you first wake up and see if it is too low. if if is 36.5 C or lower, that might be one indication of hypothyroid. my temperature in the morning was below 36 C until I started taking plenty of iodine. Now my temperature is much closer to normal. While it is normal for your temperature to be a bit lower in the morning, if it is is too low it can make you feel horrible and zap your energy. Exercise will help raise your body temperature. Many of us have great muscle ache and fatigue, so the only exercise we can do is perhaps a few blocks of slow walking, and even then just when we are feeling a bit better. Some supplements to help boost energy are carnitine and C0Q10. I am taking 1,000 mg a day of carnitine, and 100 mg a day of CoQ10. This article outlines what you may be deficient in and what supplements might help. http://www.flcv.com/cfsfm.html

Hello Bex and JK98! Bex: Much apreciate your advice on this. Glad to hear that excercise have helped you, think I will give it a go aswell. Properly start out with the aerobic dvd first, but if it dosent do the job, Id mot likely invest in a training device instead. And yes I have the outside problem to... its invalidating. Im very hypersensitive, so all alone with all the sounds, smells, actions, people, and especially the light(No matter how long I sit in the sun, I wont be able to have my eyes more than half-open, its something thats gotten worse with age), added I have vision problems, so even on a clouded day everything just looks "weird" as if seeing though a rain strucken window, it just gets to much. Visited an eye doctor once specialised in training eye conditions, who said the problems was a mixture of tunnel vision and getting the two eyes to coorporate properly. Dident have these problems when I was younger. Anyhow, she helped me train it away, normally when its trained away it dosent come back, but nothing about mercury poison is "normal", I supose. It did come back. However if youre also suffer from vision problems and you feel that most of your mercury have gotten out, its something to be reckonmended. Seeing properly can take of alot of stress. Id definitivly go back once my body feels purged enough. Im very low on sulphur, dont think Im having bad reactions from it, though Im taking it(kyolic) while having my fillings removed one at a month by a mercury free dentist, the worsening of symptoms (especially brainfog has gotten really bad) is properly more related to having fillings removed, though I guess you can never be sure. Properly should take a wee break from the kyolic then, cant eat raw garlic due to my crohn's. Really looking forward to getting the last filling out. I think youre spot on with the iodine lack, my mom suffer from high metabolism, so Ive alwaysed avoided the stuff, also. But maybe now is the time if any to start comfort eating from the table salt. JK98: Hmm... Ill try tjecking for fresh cloves on the webshops then. Found a dutch webshop who seems to sell anything, so if not anywhere else, it should be there (hopefully). And yes, wormwood seems to be a nessesary evil, I think Im devoloping a healthy, natural fear for it though I take zinc, selenium and iron. Along with vitamine C, mercury free fish oil, Vitamin E and a strong vitamine B complex. I used to take magnesium, and it did help. However after having taken it for a while I figured that my body have gotten enough of it, and stopped again, well note this was before I discovered (or even suspected) I had mercury poisoning. Will start taking it again though along with the copper and chrohm, tried taking COQ10 once, but it irritated my stormach to much, basicly it made me throw up, never heard of carnitine, Id look into it. Im keeping a relativly healthy diet which mostly persist of: No sugar, except honey for tea, its a vice. No gluten or flour that has/used to have natural gluten in it. No dairy No pork, and not to much beef either No tuna, I do eat salmon though, if its ecological On the downside I eat alot of eggs though, since it all gets abit difficult when you have to replace both milk and flour. Im not sure wheiter its making me sick or not, since Id been eating it for alot of time. Keep telling myself Id take a break from it to tjeck, but always end up being to tired, mostly from the idea that I would have to cook without eggs aswell. But I know mustering up for it is the most logical thing to do. Hopefully I will end up following the logical part, instead of the-wanting-to-sleep-untill-everything-goes-away-path. Will tjeck on the article, and thanks for the advice to both of you, have been really helpfull.

Hello.
"wormwood seems to be a nessesary evil, I think Im devoloping a healthy, natural fear for it though "
It needs to be respected. Like a sharp knife, it can be be very useful, but also can cause great damage if improperly used. Its use needs to be closely monitored. Some parasites are very hearty though, and it takes strong stuff like this to get rid of them. Don't use too much, and after using it for a month, don't use it again for at least 4 months.
Honey is really bad. It is sugar. Switch to stevia, or else drink licorice root or cinnamon tea if you want something sweet without sugar. Licorice root tea is very sweet and great for detoxification. It has a mild laxative effect, so don't drink too much. Make sure you get tea bags that have no sweetener(or perhaps just stevia added).
If you don't eat beef or pork, then taking a carnitine supplement would be a good idea. I take 1,000 mg a day of carnitine, but am thinking about raising this. Carnitine and Coq10 will increase your energy levels.
Eggs are a great source of sulphur and choline. I usually eat a dozen or so a week.

Hello Bex and JK98!
Bex: Much apreciate your advice on this. Glad to hear that excercise have helped you, think I will give it a go aswell. Properly start out with the aerobic dvd first, but if it dosent do the job, Id mot likely invest in a training device instead. You're welcome Yes, exercise has helped detox me. Without it, I wasn't going far at all (if anywhere). So it's been an absolute necessity to get things moving. Aerobic for sure, but I find walking the best kind for that. Rebounders are also good. They get the lymph moving. But my body seems to do better walking on my treadmill. As for muscle strengthening, you can use your own body as resistance and learn some floor exercises. As for aerobic? Well, I would say rebounder/treadmills are probably (for me at least), the best. But an aerobic DVD maybe ok too. Just be careful not to overdo it, because you can mobilise too many toxins at once, plus overtax yourself and your adrenals, which are taxed already from the toxins. And if you can have a day of rest inbetween, that would be good too. Yes, I relate. My eyes are actually normal, but with mercury and/or candida, things go strangely wrong. Vision gets blurred (even on relatively close objects), night vision can be terrible, and light sensitivity very bad. I was also told I had the beginnings of "tunnel vision" when going for an eye test upon getting my car license. I found years ago when treating candida, that I had an improvement, even further when treating mercury. At this time however, I still have some issues on worse days. Could be related to having your fillings out, but sulfur can definitely mobilise the mercury, so you may have to test your reactions with sulfur based foods/supplements. Eggs are very healthy, I have alot of them and they have helped build me up. But yes, high in sulfur, so they may create some intensification of reactions if that extra sulfur is mobilising the mercury in you too much. I'd probably ease off the kyolic. Garlic too is really good, but when I was very mercury toxic, I found my reactions to garlic got too much because of how strong it moved mercury. This occured AFTER amalgam removal believe it or not, so may have been when my body was trying to dump more mercury and garlic was then able to mobilise alot more of it. When all amalgams are out, sometimes your reactions to mobilising agents can intensify further and I think this maybe because the body is now ready to start detoxing the storage of mercury. When you still have amalgams, the body tends to hold onto the mercury more and store it. Once they are all out, it seems to set off a "detox" or "dumping" mode. This is rather common and something Andy Cutler speaks about. Table salt should be iodised, if you're going to have any of it. But it's not ideal, because it is bleached, had most of the minerals leached out of it, and contains some aluminium. However, I personally am a little nervous with ocean sea salt and kelp because of possible contaminants like mercury etc. Perhaps Himalayan salt and getting hold of some lugol's iodine (which you can add to water by the drop), might be a healthier option. That way you got a healthier salt, and you still get some iodine into you. Just a thought.

Bex, are you sure you get enough vitamin A and zinc? Make sure to take vitamin A acetate and not just beta carotene, as some people can't convert it adequately.
If you don't get enough zinc and vitamin a, vision can be impaired. Have you done a parasite cleanse lately? Blurry vision is a major symptom of parasites. Many(or perhaps most?) here have had parasites.

JK, I don't really get the blurry vision so much these days, but occassionally it's not as sharp if I'm really toxic or I've slipped on diet or something. It was a very bad symptom of mine in the past when I was not on any candida/gluten free diet.
I am right now on a parasite cleanse. I have been on parasite cleanses on and off for months. I figured I had parasites early this year because I developed a loss of appetite, weight loss, drooling, flushes/chills, cramping/jabbing/movement in the abdominal area, foul taste in the mouth, constipation/diarrehea. And I find that I can no longer have yoghurt without "feeding" something down there, plus supplements are TOTALLY off the menu.
The parasite cleanse at first seemed indeed to be causing massive die off, so that was a strong indicator I was on the right track, considering parasite cleanses in the past never created symptoms like this. I had the die off headaches and all. However, over time, it seems to be less effective now. But, if I go off it, all hell breaks loose, so I'm quite stuck. Staying on it seems to be creating "adaption" by whatever is down there, so in the end, I feel damned if I do, and damned if I don't. If I remain on it, it seems I have to take it permanently. If I go off it, things get worse.
If I try any form of supplement or probiotic, it feeds and I'm back where I started again.
I was taking good supplements before all this, including zinc! Now I can't take any. I actually tried taking my vitamin C powder again yesterday, but it's fed on that (even though it contains no sugar and is a quality lab made vitamin C, which never posed a problem before) so I'm trying once again to get it back under "some" form of control. I cannot any supplements, they all feed it. It appears I'm losing the battle, but I'm trying to hang in there and not mess up again by taking any supplements, or eating something it enjoys. Even getting the wrong kind of salt on my food (flavoured) is enough.
Not a good situation. And chelation is absolutely out! I cannot do that at all given how things are now. I tried and that was disastrous too. Fed like crazy.

"However, over time, it seems to be less effective now. But, if I go off it, all hell breaks loose, so I'm quite stuck"
Do you do a full month cleanse? Perhaps you should try varying the cleanses you use, or use a cleanse with many herbs like humaworm. Do you take the cleanse herbs just before eating? The idea of this is not to feed the parasites anything without getting some of the parasite cleanse herbs with it. If you add raw garlic(best after the meal though to avoid stomach upset) and olive leaf extract when cleansing, they will be more effective.
Perhaps if you can identify the parasite then you could take prescription drugs against it. The prescription drugs are very strong, and sometimes it just takes one dose. Sometimes there is a strong die off reaction from them. I like using herbs first, but if the herbs don't work, then using a prescription drug seems like a good idea.
You could also try taking a large dosage of an herb with almost no toxicity like turmeric, ginger or olive leaf extract and see if that helps. A large dosage of raw garlic might be potents, however that would probably be too irritating on the stomach. It is best to limit raw garlic to a clove(section) or two at each meal, and eat it after the meal. Raw garlic on an empty stomach can be very irritating.

Hi Jk,
Thanks for the response. I may have to get some testing done, because I have been doing cleanses for a long time now and I have done it for over a month non stop too. However, I think at one stage I was finally getting somewhere and stupidy stopped the cleanse because I thought I didn't need it. I may have something in me that is very persistant and possibly now adapting to the herbs I'm using. This time it's not working like it did when I first took it. The die off isn't really there, but it does eventually seem to help somewhat.
Yes, I take the cleanse before eating (away from drink/food). Perhaps I could be even better with that though.
It appears it likes garlic. I've tried that a few times now, raw too. I know how odd that sounds, but it likes lemon juice too. I've had to figure out what things create feeding and what doesn't. I hear there is a parasite that feeds on both, but not sure what it was. I read this somewhere from Hulda Clark and was really surprised, because that's what happened to me.
I may have to yield and get a prescription drug at some point, but I'm very nervous about this. I have in the past been injured badly by taking things prescribed to me. I do not excrete toxins normally as I should, therefore whatever I am taking builds up in the system and poisons me and does damage. I can be hurt for many months at a time following something like this. I also heard a guy was damaged after using a drug for parasites and regrets it bitterly. Not sure which one it was...I may have to google more about it.
I have alot of ingredients in my parasite cleanse already. Here it is:
Verm EZ (Malcolm harker products)
Contains: Green Walnut, artemisia (wormwood), eugenol (ether of clove oil), cayenne, thyme, carageen, licorice, ginger, celtic sea salt, "Lugols" organic iodine, jojoba oil, vitamin E and UV light treated rain water.
Plus I have herbal tea (one with ginger). I am not sure if I can do alot more on the herbal front. I tried also taking an antifungal herbal remedy, but that proved to be a meal for it also, so that did not work at all, only helped feed it like any other supplement - perhaps it's the capsule shells or something.... Strange! HOwever, parasite cleanses are not liked by it, but it's still fighting pretty strong and i'm certainly not beating it at this stage. Anytime I slip up at all, it's all bad. I only reach a point of "some" better control.
I read an article somewhere that said it can take from 3 months to one year or so in some cases. It said persistance is the key and that people and doctors often give up and consider it not working if they don't see change in a few months. So I'm trying to stick with it and hope I won't have to resort to a strong drug, but I honestly think I may have little choice if this continues. It's robbing me of the little energy and health I still had!

You could try adding raw pumpkin seeds, pomegranate, beets, carrots, pineapple, and pappaya. These also have antiparasitic properties. Have you tried taking some very strong olive leaf extract? It seems to be producing a strong reaction in me. I don't know whether it is destroying candida, bacteria, or parasites, but it is doing something!

I have pumpkin seeds, but I cannot have any high carb vegetables. If I do, I relapse with candida. This in turn puts me back to square one with the diet.
I have tried Olive leaf extract in the past and didn't notice much. I could try it again, but seriously, any supplement, apart from my parasite cleanse is causing problems. I've paid out a bit of money now on various supplements, only to have it sit on the shelf because it feeds the parasites and one of those was an antifungal herbal preparation for candida (which contained some good stuff). I can only handle the liquid parasite cleanses as far as "supplementation" goes. At least as far as I know.
Thanks for your help though. I just have to stick with what isn't making things unnecessarily worse for now and hopefully I'll be able to try things again later if I feel a bit stronger. If one has a chronic parasite infection, as I think I have, then it can be very very difficult to get rid of and complicated! Because what can kill some, may feed others.

"I have tried Olive leaf extract in the past and didn't notice much"
Perhaps you didn't use a potent enough one? For example, I used the Country Life and Solgar olive leaf extract and didn't get much reaction from those, but I get a very strong reaction to the Olympian olive leaf extract.
Have you used caprylic acid and pau d'arco to help fight candida?

Hello Bex If what youre suffering from should be an multiple parasite infestation, its appearently important to take many different herbal suppliments (which youre already doing, but even more). Since some parasites, has the ability to move into other locations of the body if they feel that the living conditions arent as good as they used to be. Its odd that something as useless as a parasite has devoloped such strong will to live Here is a link to a lists of herbs that should be usefull for cleansing the entire body: http://curezone.org/forums/am.asp?i=483341You just need to scroll down to the 4th post About your beginning tunnel vision, I thought Id post two of the easy doable starter excercises that the eye doctor set me on. First One: This is more of an allaround sight excercise, but I found it to somewhat improve my general dexterity including tunnelvision, also. A. You practically just need to stand on the floor and spin around clockwise(just start off with 1 round to begin with), however, you need to make sure that you eyes are fixated on whats infront of you the whole time, aka dont fixated on one or two particular spots while spinning around(like the ballet-dancers do), dont look into the ground, just look straight into whatever passes you on your spinaround After that, its 1 round counter clockwise. B. This is practically the same excercise, but you should properly only start up with a half round of this version. Instead of standing up straight, bend your back and head abit while doing it. You'd properly end up looking into the ground a little, but its okay as long as you keep fixating your sight on the ground right infront of you the whole time. Its likely you'd get alot more dizzy from this, than the standing up straight version, it has something to the body not being "atuned" to this level of balance, since you properly arent used to moving like that. The Idea is to not get dizzy from this, not more than a little bit lightheaded anyway. keep spinning the rounds you can tolerate, and when you can tolerate them well, add in an extra round. 5-7 rounds of each excercise(both clockwise and counter clockwise) 3 times a day, would be ideal. Second one: Is directly targeted at tunnelvision. What you'll need for it is the following. 1. Alot of post-it notes 2. markers or pencils in different colors 3. Something you can use as a pointing stick 4. An A4 paper with a written combination of big letters and numbers on it, preferabily computer written, 10-12 symbols per row would be about the right typing size. Find a plain wall/billboard, stick up your post it notes (about 8-12 of them) in a circular shape with center at your nose. Look straight into the wall, observe how long you can drag your finger to either left or right, at the point where you almost arent able to see it anymore put up a post-it, the post-it needs to form a perfect (as it can be) circle. Put a coin formed color mark on each one of them. For the easy excercise you dont need the letter/number A4. Just look straight into the wall while placing your pointer at where you "think" there is a post-it note color spot, try doing it rapidly, youre allowed to see wheiter or not you missed, after you placed your pointer at the place you suspect to be post-itted. If your feel youre getting to "used" to where the notes are, just shuffle them about abit. For the moderate version You place the number/letter paper, center your nose. Each time you asume to hit a post it note color spot, You read out a letter/number not random, but in normal reading order. Aka if it starts A3B... You read A, while assuming to hit the first one, 3 the second, ect... Hard version involves doing all this while standing on a balance board Alternativly, you could also sign up to lumosity.com, and practice the birdwatching game, however, I believe its one of the games you'll have to pay for once the trial is up, so... Besides its effectiveness also vary a great deal depending on how big your pc-screen is. Either way, hope you'll get better soon, and the best of luck

Hi there, Thanks for the comments. I am sure a much more broad approach would be better. I have tried with the addition of my parasite cleanse in adding an antifungal herbal preparation that contained more herbs. The only reaction I get when taking any form of tablet/pill is a feeding of the parasites. As absurb as this sounds, this is what has been happening, which is why I had to give up all supplements, apart from the liquid parasite cleanse itself. Believe me, I have tried. It has become very difficult, plus these things are not cheap. If I could find a liquid version and it had most of the herbs mentioned in the curezone link you gave, that maybe more helpful to me. I truly cannot take things in any other supplement form. I've already spent alot trying to stock up on one parasite cleanse that has quite a few ingredients in it. But I don't even think that is doing much. In fact, the other one, which had less ingredients, seemed a little more effective and I may go back to that. In the end, I may have to yield and have specialised testing done and may need a 3 drug treatment approach, considering some parasites are pretty resistant. Not all respond to herbal cleanses as well. I'm trying to be persistant in continuing the cleanse, but as time goes on, it seems less effective than it did in the beginning. I appreciate your comments here though. Perhaps I may find something that can help further with some of what has been mentioned in the link. I do drink some herbal teas that are pretty good, but maybe I can get to a healthfood shop and see if I can find a more comprehensive list of parasite herbal killing ingredients contain in a liquid preparation. I am honestly feeling my way in the dark, because no such diagnosis has really been made, apart from symptoms and a kinsiology test my doctor gave, which really is nothing to do with stool/urine or any other testing. Thanks for the vision exercises here. I appreciate your time in typing all that out. I personally think my vision is fine to be honest. I was only told once during an eye test for a driver's license that I have the beginnings of tunnel vision, simply because I said some of the letters that I was looking at through the eye piece were merging with eachother. So that's the ansewr I was given. Yet I found out other people had the same problem and certainly, I notice no other real issues with vision, apart from some lack of sharpness on my worse/sicker days. Good to have the exercises here though, as it does at least give me that option if I feel they are deteriorating in anyway. Thanks for the well wishes and the same to you too!
