I am referring to raw garlic, raw ginger, and raw jalapeno peppers. There are others as well, however these are the the ones I am using now. These are also much less expensive than buying supplements. I also add garlic powder, cayenne powder, black pepper and curry powder to my food.
i guess I should also add raw horseradish. I am using the bottled stuff.

Dagon right!!!!! I have read alot on those there and they are truly great healers. Ginger does me well, I used to have bad IBS and go too much and not get enough out, since Ginger I have calmed down alot and have some control now it seems after just a few months on it. I guess things work better over time and more benefits will come and come. I boil water and add the slices after that to make a tea, drink 8 oz daily of Ginger tea.
I went to foods and herbs like this because the supplements were not doing jack for me and foods and herbs and spices have been so much more better to me in the case of months. I lost literally 20 pds and most off my stomach from just drinking lemons in the morning in water! I use Olive Oil too at times, but Lemons were the main thing I was using.

Also Remember JK that powdered Herbs are only 10% of what the food is as far as strength, Raw Ginger and Garlic are far stronger than any pill you can get and way more effective! Most just want to pop some pills to get better, eh eh, you need to add the real thing to get healthy. I am glad the track you are on in here, you sound similar to me now.
BTW I get my tulsi tree this month from the dude at work (Plant actually), I am going to chew the leaves of it instead of drinking the tea and that is alot stronger, Tulsi is great if you read up on it (I brought it up to you before).

I tried ginger tea before made from dried ginger. Not so strong. Even tea made from fresh ginger though isn't really as strong as chewing well on a chunk of raw ginger and swallowing it. I don't know exactly how you make ginger tea from fresh ginger. Do you use a garlic press to express it? Raw ginger, like raw garlic is powerful stuff. Ginger and garlic are actually closely related. At $2 or $3 a pound, $1 or so of ginger or garlic can last me a week or two.

I make tea from cutting quarter type slices and then boiling water and dropping it in after it boils and letting it sit for 30 mins, you get Ginger tea then! I dried sucking on the piece and so on but it was too strong for me! It gave me bad die offs and was too strong.
