I was doing worse for a while and couldn't even do chelation for the past few months. In desperation, I changed my regimen. I now take daily Vitamin C 1 gram 3x a day(calcium ascorbate) B50 twice a day vitamin A 10,000 IU twice a day vitamin K1 100 mcg twice daily vitamin D 1,000 IU twice daily Potassium iodide 32.5 mg(around 24 mg of elemental iodiine) 1,000 mf carnitine 5 grams creatine 1 gram magnesium malate 3x a day 200 mg magnesium from magnesium citrate 18-27 mg iron from iron bisglycinate 3 mg copper 200 mcg selenium 200 mcg chromium GTF 1,000 mc molybdenum msm 1,000 mg 3x a day vitamin K many of the above supplements have a bit of calcium added, so I am getting plenty of calcium 1/4 teaspoon of salt in water twice a day Olympian Olive Leaf 500 mg 3x a day a clove or two of raw garlic raw ginger raw jalapeno pepper Plenty of cayenne pepper powder, garlic powder, black pepper and cinnamon in my food. I think this regimen is helping. The molybdenum, iodine, and msm are supposed to be great for detoxification. The creatine, carnitine, and magnesium malate help alleviate the fibromyalgia. If you decide to take 500 mg or 1,000 mg of molybdenum a day, make sure to take 2 or 3 mg of copper a day(at a different meal) as molybdenum interfers with copper absorbtion and cause extra copper excretion. On the site http://iodine4health.com they recommend 50 mg a day of iodine intake. For now I'll stick with around 24 mg, which is still huge(160 times the RDA of 150 mcg!) http://www.alkalizeforhealth.net/Liodine2.htm

Mine JK, Hempseed Oil for Omegas, Ginger, Tulsi tea, Slippery Elm (Heals the Gut), Primal Defense, Lemons in water, Papaya or Oranges, Blackstrap Molasses for minerals. Good talking to you in here about what to take though! I am thinking of adding a green soon like Spirulina or maybe Kelp as well, that and Garlic soon if I can handle it (Sensitive stomach). Good list you got bro.
In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.

Lemons are interesting. I bought lemon juice and planned to take it regularly, but couldn't tolerate the acidity. My vitamin c has citrus bioflavonoids in it. I am not a fan of papaya, molases, or oranges, as they have too much sugar. I like using cinnamon when I want a sweet taste. Cinnamon is antifungal and antibacterial and has no sugar(just a small amount of complx carbs). Licorice root is also sweet and has no sugar.

Raw ginger is the best thing help aleviate digestive problems. Cayenne is also helpful, especially if the digestive problems are caused by inadequate stomach hydrochloric acid. Some people believe inadequate acid is the cause of parasite and candida infections. Not getting enough salt intake can also result in inadequate stomach acid.
The trick to eating raw garlic is to eat it after a large meal, eat just one clove(section) per meal. You could start with half a clove) Cut it into small pieces, chew each piece well, and swallow it with plenty of water. Peppermint is also helpful. Raw ginger is really great stuff. So is raw garlic. I am getting used to the the taste of these and raw jalapeno peppers.
