New forums may occasionally not appear when added to older editions of UBBThreads.

To make them visible:

(1) Go to the control panel

(2) Click "Forum Settings" from the sidebar to visit the list of forums

(3) Find the forum that is missing and click it's "Permissions" link

(4) Copy permissions into this forum from some other working forum.

(5) Change any one of the permissions. For example, under "Can See Forum" change "Guests" to 0 (zero) or 1 (one).

(6) Click the "Update This Forum's Permissions" button at the bottom.

The forum should now be visible.

Now just return to the permissions page and set the permission (that you changed in step 5) back to its desired value.
