Hello I suffer from chronic severe OCD plus a deep depression for 6 years now because of too much stress I hold in a period of time and also I'm suspected to have mercury poisoning(don't know for sure) which might had played its negative role in that period. I just have One extended surface amalgam filling now for about 11 years(it is not a root canal) and in the Third World country wich I live in there is no mercury-free dentist who is trained to remove amalgam safely and I don't think I could travel to europe to do this at least by now because of my disabling conditions(OCD-MDD ...) So there is no choice for me except extracting the whole tooth to get rid of it and also preventing unsafe removal(drilling it all out without other precautions). Do you think does it worth it?( I think it does) and Is it safe if a conventional dentist extract it while there is a risk of breaking the amalgamed tooth instead of extracting it whole? Thank you very much.

I am not a fan of extracting teeth. If it is not a wisdom tooth(rearmost molar) then you would probably need an implant or bridge to prevent the nearby teeth from shiting too much and in order to chew properly. An implant seems like a major ordeal and quite expensive.
I guess you should probably have the filling replaced by a regular dentist.
It is very doubtful that you have mercury poisoning from just one filling. I had 25 mercury fillings replaced. You might have lead poisoning or perhaps mercury poisoning from fish or other sources. Your problems might be caused by parasites. Have you done some parasite cleanses? There are cleanses with wormwood, black walnut green hull extract, and cloves that are effective against most parasites and help fight candida. Eating raw garlic(perhaps one clove(section) right after each meal can also help fight parasites and candida.
Do you take in enough iodine? Are you overweight? That might point to a thyroid problem or iodine deficiency. Do you often get athlete's foot, yeast infections or jock itch? If so, then you may have a candida problem. Do you eat many sugary foods or drink alcoholic beverages? These encourage candida growth and should be avoided.

Hi,
I know one filling does not sound like much, but yes it can be significant in some people. E.g., in a book by Hal Huggins, he mentions a young healthy guy who was an athlete at school, into all sports, great grades etc. Suddenly following some dental work, he became a pale, sickly mess and had to pull out of all his activities.
He had only ONE small pit filling. After it was removed, he came back to health. So yes, one small filling, can in some cases, be a significant problem. This may not just be the mercury vapor that comes off (which is coming out 24/7), but also a direct response/reaction to the metals themselves being in the mouth. It could be an ongoing immune reaction to them, and maybe they are disrupting the flow of energy in the body.
There is no reason why one small filling should be considered insignificant, when you consider the toxic metals that are in there. Even if it were not due to accummulation of those toxins in your tissues, your body could be reacting directly to the metals themselves. Some people do. I cannot even have metal on my body in the form of jewellergy/watches etc (junk metal). So what on earth would it do sitting in my mouth 24/7? even if it's not causing a local reaction in the mouth itself, it could be creating a disruption internally.
I feel for you because you are rightly afraid of unprotected exposure during removal. If you can try and get the dentist to at least give you "some" protection, you maybe able to do this. E.g. an alternative breathing source, perhaps some padding over the eyes. Anything he can possibly offer you. Many dentists do not believe in mercury poisoning, or refuse to admit to it, so it makes it difficult. But, you are the patient, you are the person paying for this service, so you have the absolute right to request as much protection as he can provide you, regardless of his personal beliefs and that you would like every bit of it removed from your mouth! You could actually tell him you feel you are "hypersensitive" and would have greater peace of mind having a protected and thorough removal.
There are risks to teeth extraction also. Because you can develop a cavitation in the jaw from this if the dentist does not remove the periodontal ligament as well as the tooth. Many dentists leave the ligament behind and this is basically dead tissue. In doing this, it hinders/blocks proper healing in that area, basically proper bone growth after the tooth is gone. So instead, the area will leave a hole there and in that hole can develop potent bacteria. If this bacteria becomes a systemic problem because the body cannot keep it in check, a person can actually become even sicker than they might with mercury! In fact, Hal Huggins said that cavitation patients are sicker than mercury poisoned ones.
So the main causes or contributing factors to the development of cavitations are periodontal ligaments being left behind, instead of being removed. And the use of vaso constrictors in local anaesthetics.
If you are going to have any teeth removed, make sure you insist on a local anaesthetic WITHOUT a vaso constrictor and make sure you get the dentist to remove the ligament. Then you will have a better chance of healing in that area.
The reason vaso constrictors can contribute to cavitations or even dead teeth is, they work by reducing blood flow to the area, which apparently heightens and lengthens the "numbing" intensity and time. This is supposedly helpful....however, I must say that I have not found this with them at all to be honest. I have done fine with locals NOT containing vaso constrictors. If anything, I found the vaso containing ones appeared to give me some alarming effects (like heart pounding from adrenaline). In fact, I nearly passed out onetime in the dental chair after an oral surgeon kept giving me more and more of it because it was not working properly as it was instead doing something to my heart and this I believe was affecting me from being numb to the pain.
Periodontal ligaments simply sit in the socket after the tooth is pulled out without anymore purpose, since there is no tooth there anymore. They are a little like an "ambilical cord" if you like. Since they have no purpose, they basically rot, like having dead tissue in the socket. They must be removed!
If you can, I would try and get the amalgam removed and see what protection this regular dentist may provide you with, even if it is not up to 'biologic dental' standards. I hate to put you at risk however, and if you really feel strongly about it, then removal of the tooth maybe the only other option, but just make sure that this is done correctly too.
To let you know, that there are biologic dentists now who prepare their patients for removal by getting them on a healthy diet and supplement programme. You can do this for yourself from home to some extent. This will help prepare your body and make you stronger to cope with the situation as it is, and to cope with the removal of the filling or the tooth much better and your body will be in a better position to heal.
Often removing sugar/yeast/gluten (which is in many grains, mainly wheat). This means getting all junkfood and fizzy drinks etc out of your diet. Cakes/cookies/sweets etc etc. Anything containing these things. Also remove coffee from your diet. Do not consume fish, because this is another source of mercury and if you want to detox mercury, you need to remove as much of its intake as possible. Because it can hinder detox.
Include healthy natural foods, and some raw if possible (with raw fruits/vegetables). Increasing some protein foods like eggs and meats. Hal Huggins mentions the importance of this in his book. Making sure you get enough natural butter in there too, which is apparently helpful to the mercury toxic person, I have personally found it very healing for me. He mentions having salt also, as some people exclude it and he believes this is not good.
Doing this alone can cause a person to start detoxing, so you may find you feel worse for awhile as toxins inside you can start to shift and come out. This can make quite a significant difference to a person. It may not do much, it may do alot, but it is well worth trying.
A dentist in my country will not actually do any dental work on his sick patients, until he has outlined a diet and supplement programmed and gotten them stronger first. Many sick/poisoned patients have a problem with candida and gluten intolerance, so treating these with the appropriate diet and supplements can help alot and also reduce the toxic load on the gut and liver. If they refuse? He will refuse to do the work on them. Because he does not feel that a person already very toxic and weak is ready to get dental work like this done. He does not want to make a person worse in the process. This is why he insists on preparation.

I also believe that 1 filling can affect many people while 20 won't affect others.
I speak to so many people about their experiences and it's amazing to see how some people react so much more than others. I had 9 and had much worse physical symptoms than Laura, and she had 20.
There is also the added affect these days of chemtrails. As I've often said, all of my mercury symptoms returned the day spraying began in Jamestown - and this happened after 4 1/2 years of healthy bliss.
So we are being assaulted by metals from our mouth and in the air.
I would also tell hem that I had deep depression and suicidal thoughts daily from amalgam fillings. It all went away when the fillings were removed.
It was so very worth it for me, but I fear for those getting amalgam removal today that they won't have the dramatic recoveries that I (and others) had because of chemtrails, nevertheless, it can still make a tremendous difference.

Yeah, that's why getting sufficient protection is necessary, or you'll get exposed to a large amount of mercury vapor in one sitting. Though one amalgam is not as bad as 2 or more, it may still be quite significant once it is drilled. Some seem to get away with it, others do not.
I got far sicker in health after one particular tooth extraction in 2004, which I've had chronic symptoms ever since. Though I had other dental work around that time (replacement of old composite), I believe it may have been the extraction that did it. One doctor keeps detecting dead pulp/gangrene on his EAV machine in the particular area of extraction.
Unfortunately it doesn't show up properly on any other test, so I can't verify it fully. Contradicting reports on whatever it is in the mouth that is chronically affecting my health. Plus, treating cavitations is very difficult too. They can come back, or other things can occur during surgery. Sometimes it is successful, but there is not always a guarantee. Cost also comes into it. But that is possibly next on my agenda at some point. If I can find a dentist or oral surgeon that is willing to open the sites up and clean them out and stitch them back up. I am nervous about proceeding with this in case anything worse happens....
It seems there are many ways dental work can make people very ill and chronically so. It's never risk free. But there are dentists who can certainly reduce the risk by their knowledge and expertise if they understand these risks/problems and can do what they can to do things correctly, thoroughly and give as much protection as possible.

I would ask if he took antibiotics too in the past, that is the main cause of Candida. I just got some Garlic today and want to start taking it. I have OCD as well and know Candida and Parasites are the cause because when it's down I feel miles better and symptoms dissapear alot. Good post JK, he should look into that. Also a colon cleanse when doing those things would help alot, that or slipper elm to suck up the toxings from die offs.

One other supplement to take is MSM. It is antifungal and antiparasitic. http://www.falconblanco.com/health/msm/faq.htmlUse raw garlic and chew it well before swallowing. Eat it after a large meal, and wash it down with plenty of water. Don't eat too much at once. One clove(section) after a large meal is plenty. Garlic pills, especially deoderized ones are much less potent than raw garlic.

Kyolic and other garlic pills don't have allicin. Allicin is probably the most potent antimicrobial compound in garlic.

Garlic is frikkin awesome. I actually feel movement in my head when i eat garlic. It's either candida or it chelates mercury. Either way that stuff is super potent!

Hi Stuart,
I think it does both. There's a dentist here who recommends garlic for his mercury toxic patients as a way to detox them. It also helps kills of candida/fungus/parasites. Though with parasites this can depend on what kind you have.
Andy Cutler does not consider garlic a help with mercury. However, it can certainly mobilise it in my experience and seems pretty potent to me. I don't use supplement garlic, because I've been injured by it (gut). But I'm ok on the food.
Apparently it makes metals, including mercury, water soluble, so they can be more easily excreted by the body. It also helps protect the red and white blood cells from oxidative damage caused by mercury and the like. Being high in sulfur however maybe a problem for those mercury toxic who are already high in sulfur and may find it causing too many symptoms (bouncing metals around too much). Those lower in sulfur may find it helps them feel better. Plus it contains natural selenium.

I am convinced that spices and herbs can be very helpful.
Raw garlic is amazing stuff. So is cayenne pepper and horseradish. Some other easy to find, inexpensive herbs good for detoxification are ginger, black pepper, dandelion, cinnamon, peppermint, and licorice root. Turmeric is also great but not so easy to find cheap(if you don't mind taking in coriander, then you could get curry powder).
Horseradish, cayenne pepper and licorice root are also great at combating constipation without any adverse side effects.

Yes I know about the Allicin in there, it says though that Kyolic retains many of the benefits without the side effects of raw garlic JK. I used to take it and it worked well, two pills a day two times a day and I was fine on it and it worked really well. If you want something to kill EVERYTHING sides Garlic use some strong Oregano OIL! TRUST ME JK LOL. Read up on some of the benefits on that, it kills everything as well.
BTW how will I use the raw Garlic? Cut up a little piece and swallow it? Will I stink badly? If so I will pass and take the Oregano Oil instead. BTW have you ever heard of Tulsi bro? If not read up on it, an Indian guy put me onto it and he is giving me a plant (Right now I drink tea), thats a so called adaptogen, read up on it and all it does (ALOT).

I use that daily for a month or so, keeps me warm (Usually cold), that stuff when cut up is great in tea, the root of course. I don't do really well on Cayenne at all, it messes my stomach up too much and is a stimulant, it makes me think too much and mind race some, the Ginger seems to calm me. I guess is not for all, but outta the list you put up Ginger is my fave there man. Dandelion is great too I toleate that well, good tea. I also want to bring up something that kills Parasites and does other things, Papaya seeds! Yes from the fruit, read up on what that does for your liver and parasites JK! 20 a day for 7 days can get rid of them from the gut. I got into spices and foods since last summer, really interesting stuff.

"Oregano OIL! TRUST ME JK LOL. Read up on some of the benefits on that, it kills everything as well. " Oregano oil is the best thing for sinus problems. Good oregano oil can be expensive. I have some here but use it only as a last resort. I got some strong cayenne pepper powder dirt cheap($1 each for 5 ounces). Make sure the cayenne pepper powder is strong before buying a big batch of it. I bought two packages of another brand and it was so mild it was useless. I threw it away. I wonder how long the powder will keep before losing potency. "BTW how will I use the raw Garlic? Cut up a little piece and swallow it? " I take a clove(section) of it and cut it into a few small pieces. I chew them well and swallow with plenty of water. Just swallowing it without chewing it isn't very effective. As an added plus, it also helps disinfect the mouth, somwthing capsules won't do. Cayenne helps stimulate digestion and blood flow. It increases bile flow and increases stomach acid. Cayenne is very antiparasitic. Papaya is good against some parasites, but not against many others. Cayenne and garlic fight against almost all parasites. http://www.shirleys-wellness-cafe.com/cayenne.htmhttp://www.herbwisdom.com/herb-cayenne.htmlhttp://www.innvista.com/health/herbs/cayenne.htmhttp://www.riverhillwellness.com/spice.htm#CAYEN

I forgot black pepper. Some claim black pepper needs be cooked to be activated. I put it in my food. I sometimes eat hot peppers raw, but the strength(heat) varies greatly, even from slice to slice of the pepper. I like eating raw garlic at the end of the meal, but also put garlic powder, cayenne powder, and black pepper in the food. If you want an interesting drink to gulp down, stir half a teaspoon of cayenne powder with half a teaspoon of. cinnamon. I guess some people put this in boling water and stir well, then sip it as a tea(if they have strong taste buds!). The flavor of the cayenne and cinnamon together is interesting. Cinnamon is also powerful medicine. http://www.herbwisdom.com/herb-cinnamon.html

Tulsi for some reason is hardly in herbal books in American and basically unkown, it's HUGE in India and they sell the tea here which I buy (Till I get my plant from him, fresh is always best). I have read alot on it and it sounds great, I feel alot calmer after it too and get more energy some days to say the least. It is an adaptogen which if you read about is very beneficial to you. I use Ginger right now, Tulsi and am going to add garlic too this week. Do you use Probiotics too? What do you think of those JK? I have a pound of Olive Leaf and I am going to add that too soon, I have a book on it and boy does it do a WHOLE LOT! Thats a great Herb and I need to use it up. BTW do you take the real stuff or just the powder alot of times with spices? I buy the Ginger root and slice it up, much stronger FRESH than just a powder.

I used to take probiotic capsules. Now I just eat plain lowfat yogurt with active cultures.
A pound of olive leaf? WOW! I just have some capsules of it.
Fresh ginger is a good idea since it is easy to find. Powdered ginger isn't easy for me to find. I use both fresh and powdered garlic and hot peppers. Garlic powder and cayenne powder are easy to add to food.
Hot peppers vary greatly in heat, even from slice to slice of the same pepper. There are so many varieties of hot peppers.
