I have been suffering from this for a long time, and have recently got some relief from creatine, magnesium malate, and licorice root. Carnitine seems to help relieve fatigue.

How are you doing JK? Are you still chelating and taking iodine? I'm finally able to tolerate larger doses of iodine, and have been using 50mg of iodoral or lugol's daily.
Malic acid as been been a great help for muscle soreness for me as well...but I find it just as effective but much less expensive to take bulk magnesium citrate powder for the magnesium and pure malic acid.

I stopped chelating for a few months since I was feeling much worse. I need to start taking the iodine again. 50 mg a day of iodine is a huge amount. I want to go back to taking around 9 mg a day.
I take the Source Naturals magnesium malate tablets which is quite inexpensive. I also take magnesium ascorbate.

50mg is reccomended by both Dr Abraham and Dr Brownstein...two doctors who have used iodine extensively in practice. I'm amazed I can tolerate that much, before even a few mg would make me feel really unstable and bipolar. I think I'm finally able to tolerate it thanks to chelation, which I'm still doing 3-4 days every week. I know I really need the iodine as I had some serious prolonged exposure to bromine years back as my family had a hot tub which used bromine instead of chlorine and I used it quite often...and it did coincide with the worsening of many symptoms.
I bought the source naturals magnesium malate and the cotton ball inside smelled horrible to me and I didn't even want to take them (I do have chemical sensitivity)...otherwise I would probably use that one as well.

"50mg is reccomended by both Dr Abraham and Dr Brownstein..." I know. I posted a link to www.iodine4health.com here several months ago. Even 5 mg a day is a crazy huge dosage. I just ate some raw garlic, after not having eaten it for a few months. It burned my mouth and was a bit painful, but I think I need it. I chewed it well and washed it down with plenty of water. I ate just half a clove(section) of it. I am amazed at how effective raw garlic is against many health conditions, considering how inexpensive and easy to find it is. http://www.herbwisdom.com/herb-garlic.html
