Alex, here are some answers to your questions. Did you mean that as of now while I have a filling all I can do is take Algin, or I should also follow the rest of the guidelines? Actually, with the filling still in, you should be taking Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Algin. These will help protect you for the time being. You don't want to do anything that chelates mercury because with the filling still in, it can mobilize mercury into the blood from the filling and cause additional damage. And when I get the filling out, will detoxification help with heb b vaccine also? Absolutely. A good detox plan will help with whatever exposure you've had, no matter what the source. Also Russ regarding Sulphur. I just did some research and found that Foods high in Sulphur are Kale, Watercress, Cabbage, Brussel Sprouts, Cauliflower, Spinach, Leeks, Cucumber, Lettuce, Avocado, Tomato, Asparagus, Hazelnuts and of that sort. So I should avoid them also, or is that eggs are the worse for mercury toxic people? Here is a link to a list of sulphur-rich foods: Sulphur Rich Foods I would only worry about eggs, avoid them completely. The other foods I would only have occasionally because I think their benefits often outweigh their harm in regard to sulphur. Hope this helps.
