You're welcome smile

Well, I think 3 days allows for more mercury removal and less redistribution than a shorter round might cause.

Once you start chelation, your blood levels of the chelator will rise, then you want to keep that consistent by taking that dose every 4 hours (which is the longest time you can leave between doses or the levels will reduce/drop again) and keep it up for enough time so that some mercury will be hopefully removed. If you start a round and the round is only half a day or only one day, it will increase the risk of far more redistribution. The blood levels of chelator go up, and then don't get much time to gain a consistent level for a long enough time before you stop the round and they're suddenly reduced again.

Although there is always going to be a certain amount of redistribution after stopping a round, you will be doing much more of that on only a one day round, than a longer round of 3 days or more (up to a week).
