YAHOO!!!!! I had the last of my amalgam fillings replaced this morning. I wasn't about to miss this appointment - even with the snow & school cancelled for the day. I brought my daughter along & she waited patiently for the whole time.
I am thinking about doing a Liver Cleanse next week as starters. Can someone give me some suggestions on how to do this? I also read about mixing the drink with "Coke" to get rid of the bad taste. The last time I had caffeine over 2 years ago, it kept me awake all night long.
Thanks!!!

Congratulations! Good for you. There are a variety of liver cleanses you can do so I'll just make a suggestion or two: Nature's Cleanse Liver Cleanse Forumla If you have any questions, feel free to call and talk to Laura—our researcher and walking encyclopedia—and she'll be happy to answer any questions you may have. 1-800-358-4278

I did the Dr Hula Clarke flush on curezone.com and got around 100 stones out during three flushes.
You really don't need to buy anything except the grapefruits and epsom salts.

Hi Steve,
A couple questions for you.
Did you use the pills she talks about so you can sleep throughout the night?
Did you put anything else in the "drink" so it wouldn't taste so bad?
How often can you do the Liver Flushes?
Thanks!!

Oh yeah the Amino Acid thing, I took those. I'm unsure how necessary they are -- I got them from my local herbal store.
OK I did the following: (timings are important)
1. The day before, especially during the evening, don't go crazy on fats or protein. 2. On the day, only eat fruit and veg until 2pm, then stop eating. (Apparently you can drink water until 4pm)
Preparation: Get 4 ounces of grapefruit juice and 4 ounces of extra virgin olive oil (sorry uk ounces, im unsure about us measurements) and pour them into a bottle -- I used a mineral water bottle. I also put black walnut tinture in it as I had some left from an attempted parasite cleanse, but i'm unsure how essential that is; apparently it just helps if you've also got parasites. (I removed a few rice-like parasites by just eating loads and loads of organic pumpkin seeds). Then leave the bottle; you'll use it later.
Get four tablespoon of Epsom Salts and mix with three cups of water, in a separate bottle.
3. At 6pm, shake the bottle with epsom salts well, pour out 3/4 of a cup and drink.
4. At 8pm, same as above.
5. At 9.45pm, try and go to the toilet, apparently it's important, but I don't always.
6. Down the shaken bottle of extra virgin olive oil and grapefruit juice. Take the amino acids, then sit up in bed for around 30-45 minute, then sleep. I used a small amount of grapefruit juice in between gulps sometimes; the best advice would be to hold your nose and try not to taste and get it down as quickly as possible.
The next morning
7. At 6am, down 3/4 cup of the epsom salts mixture (remember to shake!)
8. At 8am, do the same again.
9. At 10am, start off quite like food: fruit, veg, bread etc. Then later, eat whatever you want.
You can do the morning things 2 hours later if you want.
You'll get diahhrea in the morning, and hopefully loads of stones will come out. You'll probably experience a lot of energy as well.
I did this three times, with a gap of around a week, and got around 100 stones out. After that I waited around a couple of months and tried again, but I only got around 10 green ones, and stopped there. apparently i should of kept going. But I never read about suggested gaps in between cleanses.
As you're not eating any protein or fat your gall bladder fills with bile, you take the epsom salts to help the guts transport them out of the body and give you diarrhea, the grapefruit juice breaks the stones down so they can be transported out.
Good luck!
