Still waiting on my Hg blood results, but I did a DETAILED blood work including check of minerals, vitamins etc and they are all o.k. Even my candida stool test was negative, so I must be free of candida for the first time after 5 years!!!
I guess the remaining battle is to get mercury low enough until ALL symptoms go away. I do agree they are worse in the winter, and for me when I am under stress as well as when I get a cold or a flu or other viruses attack, my body has a harder time fighting disease and mercury symptoms get much worse.
Despite that my blood tests are o.k. my doctor gave me an I.V. cocktail of vitamin c, B12 and others and that has helped me to recover from a "virus" or some sort of flu which kept me in bed for about 10 days. I instantly felt much better.
I also want to bring up another point in regards to supplements. I think it may be a bad idea to continually take the supplements that are advised for mercury toxicity. I have decided to take a break from them for a while and to see if I feel a change since too much of anything cannot be good for you over a long period of time, and like someone else wrote in a different post they seem to backfire on you. So, I will only take Algin but lower that as well and see what happens. After almost a year of supplementation I think the body needs to find it's on healing path as well.
There are other things a person can do to heal themselves such as trying the healing "mudras" which I highly recommend. Mudras are different hand movements and positions (a sort of mediation) and it doesn't require any physical strain for those of us who are too weak to exercise. You can look them up online as well. There are different mudras to help different symptoms and parts of the body.
I just think that if one is to get better from something as serious as mercury poisoning then supplements alone may not do the trick or the body may start to get a reverse effect and we can do a lot with our minds to help ourselves feel better. Just a thought...
