wow i am on overload...so much to soak in. i think i will consider doing a parasite cleanse. m brother ended up in the er about a yr ago when he did a cleanse so i take them very seriously. i havve no clue what he did. he has fillings too. but not nearly as sick as i am.
i hope to decrease the need for all these supplements. but right at this moment i have anxiety issues when i know i am close to running out. seriously, it makes me nervous. i can't tell you how sick i was just never want to go back there~ but still have 50%more to go. i am still so fatigued...but maybe i won't need so much after this removal process.

Your bro couldn't handle all the toxins I am guesssing? Constipation is usually key there, your colon gets so backed up that you are not eliminating right. I would also think about nurishing the kdneys and liver before any cleanse, make sure they are working right if not you will get bad die offs and like me at times feel you are going to die! I had heart palputations and my limbs were tingly when I tried to clenase fans, I had to sit back and eat a little beter and work on other things before I even started a thing again! It was that bad.

I am not cleansing now nor plan to soon, I will work on cleansing my bowels (Lower Bowel Balance formula) and get some Kidney herbs and work on the liver as well, clean water a must aso. These feelins like your bro had scared me off of cleanses for a while, even a simpie Candida herb would make me beel horrible and wake up with heart palputations. My buddy on Youtube nailed it and said work on elimination herbs and you are constipated like so many are!


I thought because I went to the bathroom or had some diarreah I was not constipated, come to find out thats also a symptoms.
