Ohhhhh, ok. Sorry, it's probably me, rather than you or mercury lol.
You may wish to consider getting an onlay (porcelain) when it comes to large fillings, as this eliminates the need for a crown. I got that information from a good holistic dentist in Australia when I emailed him from seeing his website. Just make sure that there is no "metal base" on the porcelain. One good one is "cerec". You just need a dentist who uses it and has experience placing the stuff.
But again, you need to find a "cerec dentist" to do that. Let me know what area you are in, and I'll do some searches for you on biologic dentists regarding your amalgam removals and if I'm lucky, might find one that also uses cerec who maybe able to advise you on the larger/deeper amalgams and this maybe an option for you.
Don't pressure yourself. What you're doing already is excellent in my opinion. The information given on here looks alot, but broken down, mainly it is about preparation with good diet and supplement support, which you're already doing anyway. Aside from some cleanses which might help if there is a parasite problem.
I'm so sorry to hear about your brother!!! Wow. I guess these things can happen, particularly if someone has a major sensitivity to an ingredient, or the cleanse is too potent for them to cope with. I've had some experiences that have had a real back lash because my body couldn't handle all the toxins that were released at once.
Though I have never had this with a parasite cleanse yet (Cross fingers).
Well, if the supplements help and the thought of running out causes you anxiety and some distress, then keep taking them. As long as this keeps you going!
Anyway, let me know what area you live in and I"ll do a search for you and hopefully come up with more options!
