I am new to this forum and will undertake heavy metal chelation. i bought algin to absorb heavy metals so when is the best time to take it? should i take the chelator before or after algin and and how long in between? I don't want the algin to absorb the chelator and not heavy metals. I tried to ask NSP but no one is able to tell me.
