I may have presented one article, but from a pretty reputable website "Dr Mercola" who definitely steps outside the box. Not any old site I happened to come by! I did that out of concern/uncertainty for possible risks attached.

I do not believe everything I read ok? Give me a little more credit. And had I not "stepped out of the box", I'd still be visiting mainstream doctors and on antidepressants and on a toxic typical diet or worse case scenario, dead.

Usually I'll do more investigating before I'll become further convinced, but so often find there are plenty of contrary answers, even from so-called experts, so that does not make it easy. For me it's come down to personal experience and testimonies from others, further reading etc.

Thanks for the article. But remember, you got this on the net too!

Bex I love you! But if you are putting fruits and then molasses in your water how can you be mineral dificient? Thats all I am saying there! If you get enough minerals in foods then distilled should be fine! Thats all I meant! I respect you and you are a friend to me in here. I am here to help you out too! Mercola is right alot yes, but he is also advertising things to sell alot too, think about that there! He is half truths and half money! He makes alot off his columns. I have drank that stuff for 5 weeks now and only good has come fromn it. I get my minerals with it as far as fruits and herbs and I am doing well! I am just saying distilled is the cleanest and it is as far as water goes.

Peace and love girl, only the best to you and me and others.

In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.
