I'm generally sceptical to anything that comes as a finished "product" (Supplements, pills, boxes, etc... with labels and a barcode on them).

However.. i already eat lots of fresh mini chilies in food (naturally), and sometimes in thai restaurants i eat some ginger food too (however i'm careful with ginger), ginger causes yeast dieoffs e.g...

The bark.. i don't know anything about, besides that ginkgo biloba (not part of this product) is a blood thinner e.g, and also that bark generally may be poisonous in greater doses... or a lesser poison in all, a poison generally... however it is said that bark, or atleast as far as i know, that ginkgo biloba has its positive health effects... so...

I have to research this, more than just reading the "introduction" you posted... smile

Anyway it's a start... and your safety using it, testifies to it's safety, however i must research into this some more....

I belive you when you say it's working wonders, however, I personally would, if i can get my hands on fresh herbs, find the real herbs and eat them separately insted..
But that's my philosophy...

Scan the labels of "health food" and supplements, and then go out to find the real ingredients as greens and herbs, and then eat those instead.. (The ol' all natural way).

However.... great information Sean!
Thankyou... it is a starter.

Yeah I have read about the formula and on curezone with others in ask barefoot forum and they all say the same, he tells me whats in it and the herbs altogether in those dosages should be fine (Hervs are food so why not?). I have not had one side effect yet from this which is rare. I have not had many die offs either which is also rare. I go to the bathroom and get more out when I take a few, thats for certain.

It seems with alot in here and what I read people tend to overthink everythign instead of keeping it simple and just sticking with something for a while to see how it plays out. Most overanalyze every feeling in here and even have alot of fear of things and after a while that takes part in all you take and really meses with your mind.

I started to go that route as well, I got rid of alot of the fear of these things and things aren't so bad when you let go of alot of that and actually just do and not overthink every feeling.

The old what to take and not to tae all teh time, all the well this throws balance off of this and I need this and then you spend way too much on things over time and don't stick with something that might actually work. Diet is balanced, herbs and foods aren't imbalanced like single vitamins which can do this and that! Remember this, if you actually stick with something like the squatting you might get the same results?

BTW this lower bowel balance if you read on it is one of the best herbal formulas made 100 years ago or so. It has a big history.

Peace.

In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.
