This does not only happen after the last amalgam is out, it happened to me after drilling out only 2 or 3 amalgams..

I had 3 major fillings left in late 2008, then drilled out 1 in september and 1 in october... a week after that... kaboooom.... hell for a year... got slowly better while practising my best own alternative medicine on myself.

However during that time.... new symptoms surfaced and went, 1 week with vertigo and dizzyness and balance problems, next week light fatigue, next week, feet to stiff to walk on, next week feet managable but stiffer back and neck, next week, headaches and kidney are stiffnes etc....... etc..... periods of shortness of breath... but atleast that one, shortness of breath i have had all life with amalgams.... so...

however... my sinuses has cleared up a lot.. or a bit... atleast they are better now... 1.5 years later... and allmost no headaches... no vertigo / balanse problems... no cooking head either which i got right after drillout, no aching jaws, better consentration, allmost no more brainfog... short term mem is good, all those things emerged after drillout in 2008...

Whats left now is, stiff back during the winter season, somewhat stiff feet (solution is cherries or cherry/apple/blueberry juice (uric acid?!)), cracking neck while twisting head, less psoriassis, stiff back, etc.... minor issues...

except a mystery cyst / swollen lymph node lump on the back / side of my neck...
which is not a minor issue as far as i know...

However.. i'm in ok health these day compare to a year ago....

And i still have one amalgam left... which as you can understand am too scared to remove YET...... because of what you now face and ask about....

I want to gain LOTS and LOTS of MORE strength before i do that last beast.


So... you see... many time i as most of us has asked ourselves... WHY...... why did i do it.... why did i decide to get rid of those amalgams.... im f***ed now... so why coulnt i just leave them alone...... but at the same time,, we think.... well.. they had to go...... they had to...... im going to get better.... this is just temporary......

and that is true.... it is..... you will get better..... just do everything you can which you know is good for you.... based on reading.. sharing experiences... and patience.. (i hate that word), and faith...

This is normal.... and i cant understand those "fake" amalgam removal stories floating around the net eaither.....

Just do this.... just to that.... and bippeti boppeti bipp... and farwell amalgams and god day sunshine...... its not like that...

i think those "personal histories" are all lies..... marketing.... sales stuff...

well.. maybe some of them are true... but there are far too many of those positive stories floating around the net.. than the hard bloody truth that we experienced..



But yes...... a body that was up to par with constant excretion while it had amalgams, may have been bettered by just removing the source.. that can be...

but there are far to many fairytale marketing happy stories floating around the net.... thats my oppinion anyway...


However.. you will get better... i myself is near my 0 point now... after having been down at the minus side..... soon i will go over the plus side.... i have in many ways already gone over to the plus side now..... but not in everyway.... YET.... i will....


So....... relax..... don't feel cheated about removal... or tricked into doing it...
You will get better!

And you will get better than what you were prior to removing them too....
It only takes a little time for most of us....
