This is one of my favourite soups to make at home.Very tasty and nourishing.

This is how I make it - does enough for one.

1. Approx handful of Red-Split Lentils

2. Two small organic new potatoes chopped up.

3. Start boiling the lentils and potatoes together in a generous amount of bottled mineral water.

4. Add a large broccoli floret. (I use frozen)

5. Add handful of suede mixed with carrots (again I use frozen)

6. Add tea spoonful of Bouillon (I use Marigold Swiss Vegetable Vegan Bouillon).

7. Add some dried onions (according to taste. I sprinkle it on top and then mix it in).

8. Add 3-5 Pecan nuts, depending on taste.

9. Add two teaspoonfuls of wheat germ powder. (I use jordan's make)

10. Boil until the veggies are soft and the Broccoli has broken up. Add more water if starts boiling dry.

11. Serve
