Headaches!! I think it's due to something I took - ALA or another thing..Maybe it connects to ALA with high mercury level..If someone have a good advice to cope with this situation I will be thankful for that..

Russ- did you ever try also to fast with vegtable juice (carrot,cucumber..) or with water when you feel like that? I recommend it..
