Spraying Heaviest Before Controversial Bill Votes

A while ago I noticed that chemtrail spraying is significantly heavier 3 to 5 days before controversial senate or congressional votes. The last few days have been no exception.

There is an upcoming Christmas eve vote on the dreaded Obama care bill.

The spraying has been horrible for the past few days, and tonight it's almost unbearable.

What's your spin on this, Russ? Do you think that the spraying makes people more passive so that they won't resist the legislation?

As you probably already know the new health care bill passed the Senate on Christmas Eve Day.
