It seems to me that if you got all your fillings out with not much in the way of precautions, that, even though you held your breath - you can only do that for a short time - that you probably breathed in a LOT of mercury and other heavy metal vapour which would enter your system and into your organs. So now, you have even more to be chelated. Go slowly. Heavy chelation can cause symptoms.
