I'm also alot more happier (inside), generally...

One notices when this poison lifts away now and then....
Small steps, and before you know it..... woah... o...k...... i'm able do experience this again... and that again.... and it's good.....

I feel improvments... however slowly... when i first notices them, i realise theire "huge"....
