Hello fuggles,
I read professor andy cutler said this. i read it on the internet He is a mercury detox expert. He says it moves a lot of mercury in the brain and this can harm you.
you can search with google: andy cutler mercury detox
he say don't take cilantro and DMPS injection and don't eat sulfur...

This is why I don't think cilantro is good early in a detox program. It can cause distribution. It's important to use an actual chelating agent that binds to mercury.
Cilantro induces a reaction that moves mercury out of the CNS, including the brain.
We need to be careful with mercury detox.

what cilantro does is itsimply kicks the mercury out of the brain and free-floats. the body - if strong enough, can pick on it and remove it.
if weak - which is too often the case in mercury- it will go back to the brain and settle again and cause more damage - cause emrcury damages the cells each time it enters them.

That's why I think you need to take a mercury chelator at the same time you take cilantro.
