Another mistake I had made was not learning enough about mercury Detoxing. I had spent so much time learning about Ulcerative colitis, nutrition, diet, supplements etc...I just was not up to the task of becoming a mercury expert. For once I just wanted to take something given to me by my doctor or nutritionist and not have to worry about it.

Oh well it is all in the past. I have to move foward. Unless anyone around here has a time machine.
