I basically agree with you. I will probably move the videos and sticky posts to another area to make things cleaner.

Also, I used to let people work out their own problems. I have since learned that most people are not capable of that. That is strange to me, but true nonetheless.

I would not allow that kind of fighting to happen anymore.
