Today I've added vitamin C to my diet. I took about 5000mg overall. The headache was better today! I am exited. As I am on the road to health, I would like to know where to go to arrive at the final end which i think is health, and so i would like to ask those that are on that road ahead of me, so that they can give me some directions. Now, as of my compatibility report stands I am Highly Reactive to the following components:

Aluminum * Lithium * Zinc * Acetate * Bismuth * Mercury * Zirconium * Copper * Tungsten * Gallium * Zinc

I am also moderately reactive to these:

Beryllium * Cadmium * Lead * Nickel

Now I would like to avoid these, for they are deteriotating to my health. But I don't know what should I totally avoid. For instance, I know now that whatever has mercury in it is bad for me. I have an amalgam. Thus I am toxic. I also read that amalgam contains zinc and copper. So since I am also highly reactive to these, then I am being triple poisoned, is that not so? (I am in the process of undergoing an amalgam removal procedure by the way as I see it the only solution to not be in contact with substances that are toxic for me.) Anyway, my question is what should I be looking for to avoid. Should I not eat anything that has lots of zinc in it like oysters do? What other products should I not consume? Because if I didn't discovered about amalgam, then I would of not known the major source of mercury. So are there other things I should be aware of. For exampe, I am aware that tap water has lead in it, so as I look in my Highly Reactive caterory I see that I am reactive to lead. I conclude that I should never drink tap water for it's toxic for my health. I hope that I did not made myself sound ambiguous and asked for too much. But any help will be appreciated.
Thanks ahead.
