I was lying in bed this morning and like semi-woke up to turn and when I did I had a sharp pain in my chest below my left breast and direclt in my back below my shoulder blade. I think it may be a pulled muscle but does anyone think it could be heart related?? The pain is still there but only really hurts when I mimic the same movment i tried to make in bed any suggestions??Oh and if I try to stretch my chest outward it hurts badly???

I am not a doc, but it sounds like a muscle pulled. If you also have mercury illness like us, then this is quite common. I have muscle that are spastic anywhere anytime, but usually on first moving in the morning. So that type of thing happens in my arms, legs, back, front...anywhere. Is it gradually improving each day? If you are truly worried, see a doc to at least ease your mind. Better safe than sorry.

Yes, it does sound like a pulled muscle. Lots of magnesium and good water should help. Don't neglect the water.
