Margarine (plant fats, HDL) is heated to death, then nickel is added to stiffen the fat, and lastly the grey goo is colored and cooled to stiffen!

Real butter on the other hand...... i say no more.... Good for ya!

However.... butter is best when raw and unpasteurized, pasteurization takes away the fat's natural "stiffnes factor", whatever that really is... anyway the so called stiffnes factor is supposed to hinder the fat from clogging the arteries...
