I guess the UN likes black people in Africa because in many African nations the incidence of fillings in 21 yr olds is 0%.
Actually, there is no international law since there is no enforcement power on an international level. The highest court is the US Supreme court. I have no idea what the point you are trying to make here is. Please explain more,just so i don't assume.
