When I posted I was in bad shape..Had tried HMD and suffered a bad reaction...increasing anxiety , I was up 30 hours...was wired for sound and lights....
My herbal doc suggested an ionic cleanse, and after an hour of that I felt sooooo much better, will do two more this coming week.
I been back several times now and checking your fantastic site( best info anywhere) I had two mercury (crumbling) teeth removed on Oct 8. , had puffs of smoke come out of my mouth several times, before I knew for sure what it was-
Yes I have since seen the smoking tooth video...
