Thanks everyone, I must of got my info mixed up on DMSA and DMPS I thought they expelled mercury through the colon (blame it on the mercury) And was worried/unsure about them.

I was using a herbal/cilantro product which I'm pretty sure has thrown me into this flare. First flare in 4 years I thought I was healed enough to handle it. Apparantly not.

I'm good on the diet front and already take antioxidants. I dont think I will be try an sort of chelating for some time. I have to get this flare undercontrol first and then heal up.

Next time will be DMSA for sure now that I know it goes through the kidneys.
