When my amalgams were removed, I got better. I had 4.5 years of bliss until the spraying campaign started (more info here: http://urlbam.com/ha/M003P )

Mercury harms the liver and kidneys, so when you detox, you pass mercury through these organs which is harmful to them.

Of course, when you don't detox, you pass mercury through them which harms them, but for a longer period of time.

Knowing what to do is hard, but just keep studying and talk to people who have been through it.
