The only way to honestly and accurately explain this is to explain the coverup from 10,000 feet.
(1) Sick people are extremely profitable to pharmaceutical companies.
(2) Pharmaceutical companies are extremely profitable to the news organizations and mass media of all types (advertising dollars).
(3) To keep pharmaceutical companies happy and keep the cash (billions) flowing, mass media cooperates by denying those attempting to expose this silent epidemic by not allowing them air time thereby greatly extending the life of the epidemic.
(4) The U.N. has a huge agena related to "population control" (the reduction of world population by at least 75%). You can visit their website and read all about it. Search for agenda 21.
(5) The U.N. is controlled by the same small group of people who control nearly 100% of mass media in the U.S. (and several other countries) and the Federal Reserve Bank (a privately-held corporation that receives your "income" tax dollars).
(6) Pharmaceutical drugs and mercury both contribute to the accomplishment of agenda 21 (and others) by killing millions each year (see
Drug-Related Mortaility) making those who promote U.N. policy happy.
This information—although difficult to believe for some—is the result of years of research and can be confirmed by anyone willing to put the time in.
