I would add this...

Don't have DMPS on the same day of the week each week. There is a 7-day immune cycle that can really cause havoc if you do this.

Also, many don't recommend DMPS because it's pretty rough on the system and can redistribute mercury. I would not only recommend Algin, but I would be taking:

• Vitamin E with Selenium to protect against brain harm caused by mercury mobilized by DMPS, and
• Vitamin C with Bioflavonoids to protect from other oxidative damage.

DMPS mobilizes a lot of mercury. It's important to prevent it from doing further damage.
