What else is in the bowel balance? Cayene and ginger are good.
One popular parasite cleanse is Humaworm, which has many different herbs. I used the Kroeger Wormwood combination, tohgether with the other herbs I usually use.The Wormwood combination is good for 2 weeks per bottle, so 2 bottles are needed for a one month cleanse.
