BTW THE Lower Bowel balance has Cayenne and Ginger in it etc., I got it form Curezone and it is to cleanse the bowel out and toxins! I take it a parasite cleanse and that at the same time might DO ME SOME DAMN GOOD? Good post man this is Gold to me because I have been searching for answers and you and that guy Barefoot say basically the same things. I have B12 spray and it is well absorbed, I do better on that and mag than most other supplements so I will add those daily and cleanse the bowel and do a parasite cleans, maybe thats my problem there man.
